Please note we only offer EXCHANGE ONLY / STORE CREDIT. The customer care team need to be notified WITHIN 48 HOURS VIA EMAIL with your name and order number and must be returned with the 10 days for an exchange.
Please note there are NO refunds on personalised items unless the item is faulty we will offer an exchange.

Canceling Your Purchase
We are unable to make any changes to an existing order once it has been placed. This includes canceling your order, and/or combining any shipments. Please note PRE ORDER items or items that state 2-3weeks delivery. Delivery once shipped takes 2-6 working days internationally and Next day delivery within the U.K.
If you receive an item that is faulty the customer care team need to be notified WITHIN 48 HOURS VIA EMAIL with your name and order number and photo of the fault. It is up to our discretion if you are eligble for a refund. Faulty items returned with the 14 days returns policy without email notification will ONLY be refunded in a form of store credit.
NOTE: Orders take between 2-3 weeks for delivery due to high demand.

LE MIEN DESIGN can not and will not be held responsable for any loss or damage of any item sent via any of our courier services being Fed Ex and DPD
All delays should be taken up with the courier it was dispatched with.
No refunds will be offered on delayed items.
DUTIES & TAXES
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, a delivery card will be left for you to arrange redelivery/collection.
