DELIVERY & RETURNS
We do not accept returns on any item personalised, unless the item is faulty in which case it will be replaced with the same or an alternative can be chosen.
All non-personalised items, are valid for returns however, postage for the return os not covered.
Every single item purchased must be returned in the same condition as sent out in, otherwise no refund/replacement will be issued, under no circumstances will we accept a return that is damaged, used or dirty.
It is the customers responsibility to package an item in a state that it will reach us as in original state even if deemed faulty in any way when received. We will not issue any sort of refund/replacement for an item not received as in original condition.

Canceling Your Purchase
We are unable to make any changes to an existing order once it has been placed. This includes canceling your order, and/or combining any shipments. Please note PRE ORDER items or items that state 2-3weeks delivery. Delivery once shipped takes 2-6 working days internationally and Next day delivery within the U.K.
If you receive an item that is faulty the customer care team need to be notified WITHIN 48 HOURS VIA EMAIL with your name and order number and photo of the fault. It is up to our discretion if you are eligble for a refund. Faulty items returned with the 14 days returns policy without email notification will ONLY be refunded in a form of store credit.
NOTE: Orders take between 2-3 weeks for delivery due to high demand.

INTERNATIONAL via DHL shipping will be calculated at checkout. Custom charges are paid by the reciever
LE MIEN DESIGN can not and will not be held responsable for any loss or damage of any item sent via any of our courier services being DHL and DPD
All delays should be taken up with the courier it was dispatched with.
DUTIES & TAXES
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, a delivery card will be left for you to arrange redelivery/collection.
